We reserve the right to alter prices , and our terms and conditions of trade without written notice to you.
1. Prices are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Prices exclude GST which will be applied in accordance with Government determinations.
3. Terms of payment are Nett 30 Days unless otherwise stated.
4. All accounts will be granted a credit limit. A.D.S. reserves the right to withhold further supplies should the limit be exceeded.
5. A.D.S. reserves the right to refuse supply when accounts become outstanding beyond agreed terms.

CLAIMS / RETURNS
Credit will not be allowed for goods returned :
(a) without our prior consent .
(b) without invoice numbers .
(c) which are shop soiled or defaced in any way .
(d) which have been specially ordered .
Goods that prove to be faulty will be replaced after receipt of the goods at our office , or that of our nominated representative . Any other liabilities , such as claims for damages , transport charges or customs duties are not applicable and cannot be entertained . Claims for faulty goods will only be accepted within 14 days from receipt of goods .
All claims for short deliveries , goods incorrectly sent , or goods damaged in transit , must be made within seven (7) days of the invoice .
A charge of 10% of purchase price will apply to all returns which have been the result of incorrect placement of order .
RETENTION OF TITLE:
Title in all goods shall be retained by A.D.S. INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO. P/L until it receives payment in full for the goods . If the goods have not been paid for within the time specified in this Contract A.D.S. INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO. P/L is entitled to take possession of the goods wherever they are located and remove them and enter upon any premises in which they may be located for that purpose without any Court action or other process of law and may furthermore recover the costs of such repossession from the buyer as a debt due under this agreement in addition to all other sums rightfully due to it hereunder . The within terms and conditions form part of any contract , whether oral or in writing , relating to the supply of goods by A.D.S. INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO. P/L .
The placement of a order with A.D.S. INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO. P/L is sufficient to establish that these terms and conditions are clearly understood .
